Executive Committee

During the AB86 planning phase, the NOCRC structured themselves in order to maintain maximum input from all consortium stakeholders - administrators, faculty, and staff.  This resulted in an Executive Committee made up of one representative from each institution, as opposed to district, and Workgroup Representatives.  The Workgroup Reps are comprised of two elected leaders representing different entities from each program area who speak on behalf of their respective Workgroups.  It was important to the NOCRC to maintain this level of equity, transparency, and inclusion throughout the Adult Education Block Grant.


Therefore the current Executive Committee is comprised of 21 seated members, 20 of whom are voting members (see the organization chart on the "Who We Are" page for specific members).  The Executive Committee meets monthly and all regularly scheduled meetings are open to the public.  Use the links below to view meeting agendas and minutes.

If a member of the public would like to comment on an agenda item, they may do so in person by attending the meeting or by sending a comment directly to the consortium director by using the "Reply" form below.

All Executive Committee Meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the NOCRC AEBG Offices at 505 North Euclid, Suite 200, Anaheim, CA 92801 unless otherwise noted.
