Community Profile

The North Orange County Regional Occupational Program provides high-quality, relevant career technical education, and prepares all students to succeed in employment, career advancement and further education.

North Orange County Regional Occupational Program has been preparing students for college and careers since 1971. In collaboration with five school districts, local colleges and universities, as well as community businesses and workforce development, NOCROP provides accredited and articulated career technical education (CTE) courses which lead to post-secondary education and employment. The Program engages students with rigorous and relevant instruction via industry-experienced instructors and work-based learning at nearly 500 businesses throughout Orange County. NOCROP career pathway programs serve over 16,000 students annually in portions of Los Angeles and Orange Counties, including the communities of Anaheim, Brea, Buena Park, Cypress, Fullerton, La Habra, La Habra Heights, La Mirada, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Placentia, Rossmoor, Seal Beach, Stanton, Whittier, and Yorba Linda.
